 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have known Rob for quite a few years now, we have often considered going for ISO accreditation. Having looked at requirements for applying for public sector tenders, it became apparent a lot of organisations look for this. So I spoke with Rob and he came and met with us and discussed the benefits, especially with ISO 9001 which is focused on quality.

This is very important in our core values. We applied for BSI accreditation , Rob carried out an internal audit for us which highlighted a couple non conformities we addressed these and have just past stage 1 of the process (with flying colours  I might hastened to add). Rob made this stage seem so simple (although this is a very complex process if you don't know what you are doing).

We are looking forward to stage 2 in November 2025 and are really confident we have everything in place. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough for help with any ISO accreditation. thanks again Rob.
